First job is always a new thrilling experience for an engineering fresher but if we closely look into it, we can realize that it is the beginning of most purposeful stage of an engineer's life. It is the beginning of the journey towards the well awaited honour of being a "Craftsmen" - a skilled professional whose work is consistently of high quality and like in a journey, we will come across different people who will consistently help you to achieve the goal and this people are the "MENTORS".
In my first job at TEJAS NETWORKS is and always will be an everlasting experience due to people like this. In an short span of time I have come across many people who are elegant in all terms. There everlasting enthusiasm to help other is a blessing to a fresher like me. When you come from a college and join a company, you have no clue about the process, work culture, and you feels like you are in a foreign environment. MENTORS are the person who make you understand and dissolved you into this environment. And one-day you realize that you have became an integral part to the company.
In this piece of writing, I would like to thanks my mentors and manager with whom I have spent a prosperous 10 months stay at TEJAS. I will take this chance to thanks Deepesh, Anil, and Bharath for guiding me not only in work but in any problem that I have faced while this time period. I'll specially thanks DD as well as Kishore Y to show confidence on me and assigning important work to me
